Hi, I’m Michelle!

Nutrition isn’t just my business, it’s personal.

I grew up surrounded by diabetes. Type 1, Type 2 — it was part of daily life in my family. As a kid, I didn’t think twice about seeing my loved ones give themselves insulin injections, prick their fingers to check blood sugar, or call for an ambulance when things got scary. That was just Tuesday.

Now, as an adult with that same genetic makeup, it’s a concern I carry with deep awareness — but not fear. I’ve turned that early experience into fuel for helping others prevent and manage blood sugar issues before they reach crisis mode.

But here’s the twist… I wasn’t always this health-focused.

I have a 20 year corporate role — 40+ hours a week, juggling deadlines, and back-to-back meetings. I've hadĀ emotional stress, anxiety, and an ever-changing relationship with food — everything from emotional overeating to skipping meals entirely. Sound familiar? I get it.Ā I live the lifestyle my clients are navigating.

Eventually, I learned how to make my health my top priority without quitting my job, giving up my favorite foods, or turning into someone who meal-preps kale 24/7 (because no thank you). If this workaholic can turn it around, anyone can.

Now, I help busy professionals — especially those dealing with pre-diabetes or trying to lower A1C — create flexible, sustainable changes that actually stick.
